Greetings Singularitarians,

In what has been an action-packed couple of weeks, it has been extremely encouraging to see our wonderful community come to life discussing and debating the recently shared proposal of a token merger between SingularityNET, Fetch.ai, and Ocean Protocol.

The turnout from the community to both share opinions and vote in this groundbreaking event has been exceptional (623 votes cast as of April 9, 2024, at 2:40 pm UTC), with loud proponents both for and against the merger. We want to begin by thanking every single person for their passion and dedication to the SingularityNET Ecosystem and its quest for decentralized, beneficial artificial general intelligence.

Every democratic vote comes with a spectrum of opinions, and we would like to share a joint statement between the SingularityNET Foundation and the SingularityNET Supervisory Council, and thank the council for their commitment and passion for this great project.
